Loid spots Parles, his target penguin, but is quickly surrounded by other penguins who want to eat. The senior staff want to show Loid what each type of penguin eats and how to feed them, but Loid doesn’t have time for that. Loid says he wants to do it himself and remembers what aquarists have done before. After figuring out the calculations in his head, Loid easily controls and feeds the penguins, making his way to Parles. He picks up Parles, shows him how bad he looks, and decides to take him to the infirmary. The senior staff are shocked by Lloyd’s skills.

Loid takes Parles elsewhere and notices something stuck in his throat. He also notices a red dot on the penguin’s left leg. A man approaches Lloyd to take the penguin, claiming to be a professor from Berlint University’s Marine Biology Research Laboratory and showing Lloyd his ID. Upon further inspection, Loid reveals it to be a fake. The man is surprised and draws his gun, but Loid quickly disarms him with a bucket. The man escapes, but Loid claims his priority is to take the capsule, and since he doesn’t know how many enemies there are, he has to give him up. Anya, who has been secretly following him, spots Loid and decides to chase the man. The terrorist plans to go out and inform his buddies so they can kill Lloyd. To his surprise, Anya grabs him by the hem of his jacket and yells at nearby Yor that she is being kidnapped. Yor rushes in and kicks the man into the ceiling, knocking him down. Loid’s mission is successful, obtaining both news and information from the captured man and his organization.

Since Loid hasn’t returned yet, the neighbors gossip and tell Yor that he’s probably cheating. Loid then appears with a large stuffed penguin, which he explains was the prize for the penguin’s name-guessing challenge, and he played it over and over until he managed to get the toy for Anya (although Anya knows he got it in one try ), improve the impression of the neighborhood. Loid wants to complain to headquarters for overworking him and ask for a vacation, but the sight of Anya’s smile reminds him that he can’t sit idly by if he wants a world without war, where babies don’t cry. At home, Anya introduces her stuffed penguin “Director Chimera”, the head of her secret organization “P2.” After inaugurating “Penguinman” into their agency, Anya guides Penguinman around the hideout. As Anya goes through the hideout, she also introduces Penguinman to Agent Papa, who can do everything, and Agent Mama, who is strong but fails at everything else. He then goes to the most secret place in the hideout: Lloyd and Yor’s room. Anya tries to enter Lloyd’s room, but he captures her and berates her for telling her not to enter his room without permission. Anya starts crying and says she hates both Loid and Yor and runs away from home. Concerned about the Strix’s operation, Loid picks up Penguinman and pretends to be him, saying that they should finish the tour and go on their next mission. Yor also picks up the robot and supports Loid. Anya stops crying and tells them to follow her as the bad guys have taken over the candy shop on 2nd Street where they continue their spy game much to her parents’ embarrassment. Anya’s mood improves after she receives the peanuts, which restores peace to the Forger household.
